RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ShopNext, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Swimwear and bikinis (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at begrade99@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at begrade99@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
